At Kylie Cosmetics, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase; however, due to the nature of our beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and confirm eligibility.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
